SIAN provides cybersecurity consulting services including AI security consulting, DevSecOps advisory, compliance advisory, security training, and virtual CISO (vCISO) services. We also offer the Mizan Comply compliance automation platform.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between SIAN and the client.

You may access and use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of SIAN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

By submitting an assessment request through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating your security needs and contacting you about our services.

Submission of an assessment request does not create a binding contract or obligation. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a Statement of Work or service agreement.

Access to the Mizan Comply platform is subject to a separate subscription agreement. Platform users must comply with all applicable terms, including maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and not sharing access with unauthorized individuals.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. SIAN does not claim ownership over your compliance documentation, policies, evidence files, or other organizational data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access if we reasonably believe the account is being used in violation of these terms or in a manner that could compromise the security of the platform or other users.

In the course of providing our services, we may receive confidential information about your organization, systems, and security posture. We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Specific confidentiality obligations are defined in the service agreement for each engagement. If there is any conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.

Our services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and actionable recommendations, we cannot guarantee that following our advice will prevent all security incidents or ensure complete regulatory compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

SIAN retains all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, frameworks, templates, and platform technology. Unless explicitly stated in a service agreement, deliverables provided during an engagement are licensed for your internal use only.

The SIAN name, logo, and Mizan Comply are trademarks of SIAN Cyber Security. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold SIAN harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
